专利说明:

The invention relates to a glazing profile for fixed glass elements, preferably for a partition wall system made of glass elements and at least one door element, wherein the glazing profile is made in two parts and having a receiving profile with a first profile cheek for the glass element and a cover profile with a second profile cheek, wherein insertable into the receiving profile securing elements are provided, the holding leg rests on the glass element and the guide leg is held in a running in the profile longitudinal direction, laterally opening guide groove in the base region of the receiving profile.
Such partition systems, for example in office buildings, department stores, banks, etc., with fixed glass elements and frameless doors, such as revolving doors, have slender, the overall visual impression as little disturbing door frames and glazing strips on walls, ceilings and the floor. Difficulties occur in conventional profile systems when different profile sets must be kept in stock and used for different glass thicknesses of the fixed glass elements. Furthermore, conventional profile systems are usually not suitable to accommodate electrical installations, such as connection and control lines for door openers, electrical locking systems, sockets or lighting to be integrated into the wall system.
From AT 509 685 B1, a two-part glass receiving profile has become known in this connection, which has securing elements for fixing the fixed glass elements. The base region of the glass receiving profile has an upper and lower holding web which delimit a receiving groove which opens in the longitudinal direction of the profile and opens in a direction normal to the plane of the glass element. In the receiving groove separately insertable glass safety elements can be inserted or taken, which rest with a holding leg on the surface of the glass element and press this with the opposite surface to a fixed profile cheek of the glass receiving profile.
When mounting a glass element, a glass receiving profile is first mounted on a base profile and adjusted accordingly. Then support pads are used, which are supported on one of the holding webs, and the glass element placed on it. Then takes place - even before mounting a clipped profile cheek - a fuse of the glass element by means of securing elements which are hammered into the receiving groove of the glass receiving profile until they engage in the receiving groove. For this purpose, the base leg of the securing element has a retaining lug, which engages in a retaining groove of one of the two retaining webs. For different glass thicknesses, profile systems adapted to the glass thickness must be used.
From AT 508 760 Bl a similar glass receiving profile is known, which has two respective one-piece profile cheeks whose first edge regions fix the glass element and whose second edge regions abut slidably on a height-adjustable base profile. One of the two profile cheeks has a base region with a laterally opening groove into which engages an elastic spring element of the second profile cheek. An adaptation to different glass thicknesses is not provided.
Furthermore, from the AT 514 331 Bl is a partition wall system of several fixed glass elements and at least one glass door element known, with height-adjustable wall connection profiles for connecting the glass elements to the side walls, the ceiling and the floor are provided. The partition wall system has, inter alia, a panel for receiving acoustic or imaging elements as well as bulbs, as well as a plug and switch module, which is attached to the frame profile.
The plug and switch module, which may also include an electric door opener, as well as the electronic fixtures and bulbs require electrical supply and control cables, which are integrated as inconspicuous and easy to install in the wall connection profiles and the frame profiles. To accommodate the electrical installations, such. Electric cables and bus systems, serves here laterally on the wall connection profile attachable cable protection, consisting of a profile-like strip of an electrically insulating material, with a base and two elastic side walls that define a slot-shaped opening along the bar. After inserting the electric cable and bus systems through the slot-shaped opening, the elastic side cheeks move back to the starting position and enclose the electrical installation elements. The lateral conclusion takes place with the help of a clip-on covering profile.
The object of the invention is, starting from the above prior art, to propose a two-part glazing profile for glass elements, with which the assembly costs and the cost of warehousing can be reduced, whereby its use should be possible with different glass thicknesses. Another object of the invention is to provide a simple solution for the integration of electrical installation elements in the glazing profile.
This object is achieved in that the guide leg of the fuse element in adaptation to different glass thicknesses of the glass element fixed in the direction of groove bottom in the guide inserted and after investment of the retaining leg on the glass element fixable in this holding position. Different glass thicknesses, in particular the glass thickness groups of 8 to 15 mm or 15 to 21 mm used mainly in partitioning systems, can each be installed with the same profile system.
According to the invention, the guide groove in the base region of the receiving profile has an inclined position with a groove opening inclined in the direction of the fixed glass element, wherein the groove plane encloses an angle between 6 ° and 12 °, preferably 8 °, with a normal to the plane of the glass element. The securing elements are fixed in the holding position by means of a fixing screw in the groove level. When using visually appealing, slender glazing profiles with a low overall height between the wall and glass element is the oblique position of advantage, since fastening tools, such as cordless screwdriver, etc., can be used better.
According to an advantageous embodiment, each fuse element has a substantially U-shaped receptacle for electrical installation elements, such as electric cables and bus systems, which forms a closed cable channel after clipping the cover profile. The security elements thus fulfill a dual function, on the one hand as a securing and retaining element for the glass elements, on the other hand as a support and holding elements for the
Electrical installation, which is arranged in a compact manner in the glazing profile and accessible after removal of the cover profile.
In addition, the securing elements serve as locking elements for the cover profile, wherein the distance of the outside to the glass surface - regardless of the selected glass thickness - is kept constant.
The invention is illustrated in more detail below with reference to drawings. Show it:

The two-part glazing profile 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 essentially consists of a receiving profile 2 with a first, fixed profile cheek 9 and a cover profile 3 with a second profile cheek 14 which can be clipped or pushed onto the securing elements 4. The guide leg 5 of each fuse element 4 is applied to the fixed glass element 11 and presses it to the fixed profile cheek 9. The guide leg 6 of the fuse element 4 projects into a profile longitudinally extending, laterally opening guide 8 in the base portion 7 of the receiving profile 2, wherein the guide leg 6 of the fuse element 4 in adaptation to different glass thicknesses of the fixed glass element 11 is infinitely inserted into the groove groove in the guide groove 8 and can be fixed after contact of the holding leg 5 on the glass element 11 in this holding position. Thus, for different glass thicknesses in a range of, for example, 8 to 15 mm or 15 to 21 mm, a single profile set is sufficient in each case.
The guide groove 8 in the base region 7 of the receiving profile 2 is preferably designed as a screw (see detail D of FIG. La), wherein the groove structure 33 of the screw when acting on the guide leg 6 acts on the wavy surface 34 on both sides of the guide leg 6, the surveys includes frictionally engaged and fixed the guide leg 6 backlash.
In the screw a the guide leg 6 of the securing element 4 in the plane of the guide leg 6 passes through a fixing screw 15 engages. The fixing screw 15 has a diameter in the threaded region, which slightly projects beyond the thickness of the guide leg 6, so that the thread of the fixing screw 15 engages on both groove cheeks in the groove structure 34 of the screw channel.
To better use assembly tools, in particular electric or cordless screwdriver and to increase the ease of installation, the guide groove 8 in the base portion 7 of the receiving profile 2 an inclined position with respect to the fixed glass element 11 inclined slot opening, wherein the Nutebene 8 'with a normal N on the Level of the fixed glass element 11 an angle α between 6 ° and 12 °, preferably of 8 °, includes (see Fig. 3).
When setting different glass thicknesses of the fixed glass element 11 results in the inclined position of the guide groove 8 slight height differences h of the fixed glass element 11 adjacent profile cheeks 9 and 14 (see FIG. 5). In an inclined position of 8 ° and the glass thicknesses shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, however, only minimal height differences of a maximum of plus / minus 0.4 mm, which are not conspicuous by the refraction of light in the fixed glass element 11.
The cover profile 3 engages on the one hand with its profile cheek 14 in a recess 35 on the support leg 5 of the securing element 4 and on the other hand has a spring element 16 which bears against a shoulder 17 of the securing element 4, wherein a sealing leg 18 of the cover profile 3 projects into a groove 19 , which is aligned substantially parallel to the guide groove 8 and is limited by the base portion 7 and a mounting leg 20 of the receiving profile 2. Thus, the position automatically adapts the cover profile 3 to the respective glass thickness (FIG. 5: ESG 10.00, FIG. 6: ESG 13.00 and FIG. 7: VSG 16.50), so that from the outside always the same Glass connection of the glazing profile is present.
According to the invention, groove-shaped receivers for sealing elements 26, preferably hose seals, are provided on the side of the fastening profile 2 facing the bottom, the wall or the ceiling, as well as on the sealing leg 18 of the cover profile 3 (see FIG. 3). Furthermore, also have the profile cheeks 9, 14 of the receiving profile 2 and the cover profile 3 and the retaining leg 5 of the securing element 4 each at the glass side end groove-shaped receptacles for the glass element 11 fitting sealing elements 26, preferably hose seals on. Thus, with reference to the plane of symmetry of the fixed glass element 11, two sealing planes are realized which provide excellent values both in terms of sound insulation and thermal insulation.
According to the invention, each securing element 4 may have a substantially U-shaped receptacle 21 for electrical installation elements, such as electric cables 22 and bus systems 23, which form a closed cable channel after clipping on the cover profile 4. Thus, several functions are covered in a simple manner with only one component: The holding and securing function for the glass element 11, the carrier function for the cover profile 3 and a holder for electrical installation.
8 shows a corner formation with the aid of the glazing profile 1 according to the invention with the cover profile removed without glass element, the two profiles 2 being joined together in the miter cut by means of a corner connector 30. It can be seen that the electric cables 22 and the bus system 23 can be easily guided around the corner with the illustrated arrangement of the securing elements 4.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the base portion 7 of the receiving profile 2 on its the front side of the fixed glass element 11 side facing a groove-shaped recess 24 with a transparent cover 25, wherein in the groove-shaped recess 24, a light source, preferably an LED strip 27, was added is. In the tempered glass panes ESG 10 and ESG 13 of FIGS. 5 and 6, the LED strip 27 is arranged in each case in the plane of symmetry of the fixed glass element 11. In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, a laminated glass VSG 16.50 is used, wherein here in the recess 24 there are two LED strips 27 which are each assigned to the end face of a pane of the laminated glass.
The transparent cover 25 is made of a plastic material and has resilient side walls 29, which engage in the groove-shaped recess 24. For example, the side walls 29 of the transparent cover 25 -as shown in FIG. 3-can project obliquely outwards and be clipped into the upwardly tapering, groove-shaped recess 24.
The base region 7 of the receiving profile 2 has on both sides of the transparent cover 25 bearing areas for transparent support wedges 28, which serve to support the fixed glass element 11. If the glazing profile 1 is used without LED strips, the transparent support wedges 28 can be replaced by conventional support elements.
With the aid of the LED strips 27, the fixed glass elements 11 can be illuminated via their end faces, it also being possible to illuminate structures or patterns or images impressed or imprinted in or on the glass elements by means of laser.
FIG. 9 shows a partition wall system 10 consisting of fixed glass elements 11 and a glass door element 12, wherein the glazing profile 1 according to the invention is used for the wall, floor and ceiling connection. The door opening is bounded by a frame profile 13.
The glazing profile 1 can also be used for an imaging element or advertising panel according to FIG. 10, wherein the imaging structure, for example an OLED film, can be contacted by the electrical installation in the glazing profile 1.
